In the last two decades, Walt Disney World is making the largest set of improvements to its Fort Wilderness Campground.

The Central Florida theme park is in the process of adding an extra for recreational vehicles, cable TV and Internet Service, a mini water park, Segway scooter tours, a dog park, and improved electric cart rental operation.

A campground’s general manager, Jean Gallagher says In the 37 year history hasn’t seen many improvements, it’s because of the traditionally rustic nature of camping. But Gallagher says the new upgrades will be the best or better to meet the modern guests expectations.
